Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your AristoGlow experience.

1. Returns

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aristoglow.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used skincare products

• Gift cards or promotional items

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
